Does anyone else suffer from seasonal depression as well as the depression alone. I do very much the seasons effect me so badly especailly the summer I dread it so badly. anyone else?
Bridget6858 - might I suggest you private message kaydence as I know she suffers from S.A.D. and maybe could throw some ideas your way for dealing with it? She is a spectacular person and very kind about giving advice and answering messages

Ya ha but we seem to have the opposite season affecting us!! Im Aussie and used to the big blue sky 24-7 and now living in Canada and having to endure my first snowy icy winter that has been goin since October…it is a killer. Im going to get a light box for next year.
