What are the treatments for Interstitial Cystitis?
There are lots of treatments for IC; there just is no cure, but apparently you can go into remission. There are medications, bladder instillations, herbal remedies that may or may not work, Elmiron–the only med on the market specifically for IC. Amitryptyline, Atarax…there is a lot. Discuss with your dr; get a urogynecologist if you can.
