Sorry, I just joined recently and I notice you wrote this in June. I hope you have your answer by now and that you now know that yes, the calcium deficiency is caused by the Lupron (menopause does the same thing). Your doctor should have told you this before giving you the shots. My doctor told me I need to take at least 1200 mg a day. I take 2200 mg. in supplements alone and I started taking them one month before my first shot.
