Its a never ending battle, living day to day. Find what really makes you excited; read all info you can about healthy living and better choices. We have really changed are whole way of life. Taking long walks use to be the thing. Eating food that was real and grown from a safe place. Somehow we changed everything. I have changed my hobbies, paced myself, quit soda and am taking more vitamins and minerials. Aromatherapy works for me, go to the library, find yoga or tai Chi. Find others who feel just like you, and you wont’ feel so out of balance. Good luck on your new journey into finding a new you. Your friend Deb!
