I just can’t seem to find motivation to loose weight. My boyfriend and even my daughter take all my energy along with school and full-time work. I don’t know where to start or what to do.
if you get a chance to read this: what sometimes works for me is I try to get dressed and run out the door; my feeling is that the less one thinks about getting ready to excercise the better (at least what works for me some of the time)!
