What helps with the exhaustion, lack of energy and problems thinking from CFS???

I’ve had some people do what is called an elimination diet whereby you eliminate all foods except green vegetables and meats…just natural meats without additives…for a week. Then slowly add back one thing at a time that you eat most of the time…note how you feel on that particular food. If you don’t have any symptoms after four days…move on to the next food.

Through the elimination diet I noticed that sugar set me off, as well as wheat, oat, barley, gluetin in general, etc. Although I still suffer from chronic fatigue…it is better…

Allergies can cause many problems, including fatigue…

Also, exercise does help me somewhat when I do it. I just need to make it a regular part of my routine, such as walking and getting outdoors…
