SAT. NIGHT MY TRUCKER SON CAME OVER & SPENT THE NIGHTWITH ME. WE WATCHED TV, TALKED & LAUGHED TILL LATE IN THE NIGHT.
SUN. MORNING I WENT TO MY REGULAR COFFEE & MOVIE MATINAE @ MY NEICE’S, & THEN I EVEN WENT WITH HER & MY SISTER-IN-LAW TO A COULPE OF STORES. I DON’T USUALLY GO SHOPPING WITH THEM BECAUSE I TRY TI GO TO CHURCH. WHEN I GOT BACK HOME MY SON WAS STILL HERE TO MY SUPRISE, & HE SPENT MUCH OF THE DAY WITH ME. BIG, BIG
: > ) WHILE WE WERE OUT I RAN INTO ONE OF MY FOSTER SONS & HIS FAMILY & LATER THEY CAME OVER TO VISIT & HIS WIFE HAD BOUGHT A DISH FOR MY DINNER. I LOVE ALL MY CHILDREN, I’M BLESSED TO HAVE 3 GENERATIONS OF THEM, & THE MANY, MANY GOD HAS BLESSED ME TO HAVE CALL ME MOM & GRANDMA, BUT I’M NO LONGER A KITCHEN GRANDMA. :>) WHAT A LOVELY WEEKEND

TODAY I SMILED.......... I am getting MY space all pulled together and organized and it brings a real sense of confidence and belief in myself. It's not finished yet but hey it's really getting pulled together. AND I'M HAPPY

A patient with dementia that I started seeing last week was fearful, combative and hyper vigilant. This morning, she took my hand and gently held it to her cheek.

Something very small – went to wash dishes, grabbed the bottle of dish detergent, and accidently squeezed it while it was upright, and was greeted by a burst of tiny soap bubbles floating in the sunlight coming through the kitchen window. LOL
I’m still smiling because I talked with Linda earlier today on the phone. :>)
