I looked at the clock today at work and saw that it was ten minutes before quitting time. Now that made me smile.
Making new friends, connecting with the old ones and this girl on here that is the sweetest “hug machine” ever, lol…What an incredible spirit…hugs and smiles are free and utterly contagious no??
I smile how my dogs wrestle and pull each other around the room. I smile knowing this is a safe place for me and I have great friends here!!!

GAVIN HAS BEEN SICK LATELY WITH A YEAST INFECTION, A BAD COLD AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST HE IS TEETHING! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, MY HUSBAND IS AWAY ON A BUSINESS TRIP. ALL THESE WORRIES MELTED AWAY AS SOON AS GAVIN GRABBED MY FINGER AND SMILED AT ME AS IF TO SAY ‘‘THANK YOU’’.
My daughter, Christina made me smile today. She was singing more Hanna Montana songs and that makes me smile that she can remember the words and the music so well at 5 years old. She is just “something else.”

I met this man today. He had just come from church. He was dressed nicely and smelled great too. We talked for a bit and he invited me out. We exchanged numbers too. Now, of course, ole lady aint goin’ no where with this man or any other but, he did made me smile.
Receiving a beautiful bouquet of flowers from a friend I have known since I was 14. The card read, “Just to make you smile.” Now I am going to cry…
I saw this wee clump of yellow crocuses blooming amongst these scraggly ground cover shrubs. None other to be seen anywhere. It was like God was telling me " See there is hope and peace even amongst that which seems so barron. Though you see much ugly in the world around you there I still am for you and will always be my child…
