Got this helpful hint from a friend.

Yeast thrives in a warm, dark, moist environment. When it comes to your
digestive tract, you can’t change that. What you can change is the pH of
your
digestive tract.

Mix a couple tablespoons of vinegar with an equal amount of water and chug
it. Jump up and down to “shake well”. In short order, she tells me, you
will
experience a couple of massive burps as the yeast bubbles break up.
Problem
solved.
