Sorry, can’t do “yes or no” on such a general question (too much risk of somebody popping up some day and pointing to it and saying “you DO TOO call overcharging for postage on ebay brainwashing”).
There are a lot of different kinds of online abuse, BUT I would DEFINATELY identify some of them as being akin to a variety of brainwashing, or depending heavily on a variety of brainwashing.
Again – something I did not come here to discuss. Not a threat to me – I guarantee it.
Just a friendly warning, NEVER assume that you are invulnerable, because as soon as you do, you switch off your alarm system and leave yourself wide open. I can still be had online or off…and so can anyone else.

Not really, that’s the terrible part…it was actually quite easy for him (and others in slightly different areas). Just a matter of spotting the gaps in the “information highway” filling them and driving off all opposition, by hook or by crook. He had the search engines drowned out as soon as he appeared in October 1998…and he has moved heaven and earth to keep them that way since.
